To complete your registration, you must provide us with the following 2 items:

    (1) a copy of your Covid vaccination card

    (2) the Eventbrite order number

                                    OR

         the school purchase number (PO).

If you do not receive an email that lists all of your responses to the Registration Form, then you have not completed the form.
